Phoenix Steel Erectors, Inc. has spent more than two decades building a culture of safety throughout the company.  We’ve invested a tremendous amount of energy and resources into insuring our employees and customers that every job can be performed safely.  It starts with training our workers and providing them with top notch PPE to perform their jobs.  It continues with a safety plan for every Phoenix project that is specific to the hazards that each job presents.

Phoenix employs a full time safety director to oversee our safety program and insure it’s being implemented in the field.  Our foremen and superintendents conduct weekly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.  We have the ability to provide full time onsite safety representatives for larger or complex projects.  Historically our EMR has been well below the industry average of 1.0 and we strive to improve upon safety whenever we can.
